Clinical Nurse Manager for Homeless Healthcare Services

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Casa Esperanza and Shattuck clinics. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Operations: Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Staff Supervision: Interview, hire, supervise, and evaluate staff according to established personnel policies and procedures.
- Quality Improvement: Evaluate adherence to and effectiveness of interdisciplinary clinical standards and programs through quality improvement activities.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts;
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program;
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including at least 2 years of leadership or management experience;
- Experience working with substance use disorder and mental illness is preferred;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer software applications.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes:
- A competitive salary range starting at $88,600 per year, increasing based on experience;
- 4 weeks' vacation time annually;
- Health, dental, and vision insurance;
- A 403B retirement savings plan with employer contribution;
- A pre-tax MBTA pass program with 40% discount;
- An additional $7,500 bonus for demonstrated bilingual proficiency.
