Nephrology Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nephrology Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
About the Role:
- Deliver nephrology care through various dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
- Manage patient observations, conduct vital sign checks, and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Demonstrated experience in nephrology care, ICU, CCU, ER, or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.

- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
