Pediatrician - Child Abuse Specialist

Program Overview
The Child Advocacy and Protection Program at Dartmouth Health Children's seeks a dedicated pediatrician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a child abuse specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and care for children suspected of experiencing child maltreatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient clinics in Lebanon, Manchester, and Nashua, NH, receiving approximately 600 referrals a year
- Consult with Dartmouth Health Children's faculty and residents, Child Advocacy Centers, Child Protection Services, Law Enforcement, Prosecution, and other community stakeholders
- Engage in advocacy from institutional to statewide legislation
- Teach pediatric residents and medical students
Requirements
- Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification by the American Academy of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of New Hampshire
