Job Title: Sales Operations Business Development Analyst East Zone

About the Role:

As a Sales Operations Business Development Analyst East Zone, you will be responsible for project managing various sales initiatives, including sales analytics and CRM-related projects. You will support the CLS East field sales teams through the design, testing, and adoption of sales analytics, including KPIs on sales rep performance, funnel volume, and quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing various sales initiatives, including sales analytics and CRM-related projects
  • Supporting the CLS East field sales teams through the design, testing, and adoption of sales analytics, including KPIs on sales rep performance, funnel volume, and quality
  • Preparing operational and executive-level reports and presentations for sales management, including performance dialogue, business area updates, and team performance
  • Serving as a Shareville (CRM) subject matter expert to drive Commercial Excellence within LD and provide direction for future Shareville enhancements
  • Identifying opportunities and best practices to drive extended usage of existing customer management initiatives and improve sales efficiency
  • Engaging key internal partners to address process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement
  • Interfacing with NAM Healthineers operations colleagues to position the CLS team's requirements and inputs into various projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong communication and project management skills to align and drive complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills, including excellent MS Excel skills
  • Significant CRM / Sales / Marketing knowledge and experience required
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle Sales Cloud is preferred
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% or more as required

Salary:** $77,000 - $105,000 per year
