Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing procedures, including diagnostic tests and CT exams, to produce high-quality images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including radiography, fluoroscopy, and CT scans, to produce high-quality images for interpretation.
- Exercise professional judgment and provide appropriate patient care to ensure successful completion of procedures.
- Recognize and respond to patient conditions that may impact the procedure.
- Maintain current BLS certification and adhere to all relevant medical center policies and procedures.
- Graduate of a two (2) or four (4) year accredited Radiology Program.
- Registered by A.R.R.T. and/or licensed by the N.Y. State Department of Health.
- Knowledge of growth and development across the life-span and ability to individualize patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
