Health Program Representative I

Job Summary:
As a Health Program Representative I at Elevance Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to educate members on the importance of HEDIS related Gaps in Care services, help with appointment scheduling, transportation, and promote the incentive program. You will also gather and record member information, encourage participation in Care Management programs, and direct member inquiries to appropriate clinical staff.

Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months experience in telesales or customer service
- HEDIS knowledge preferred
- Computer/keyboarding proficiency strongly preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
Work Environment:
This is a remote position, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
