Salary

The hourly range for this position is $31.62 - $47.43, dependent upon experience. With regular attendance and flexible work arrangements, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Description

This role requires strong collaboration with Clinic Managers and other stakeholders to drive process improvements and enhance patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing orientation and training materials for Medical Assistants and Leads.
  • Coaching providers and MAs on building trusting relationships that maximize patient-centered care.
  • Maintaining accountability for the development and execution of MA protocols and procedures.

You will also be responsible for participating in clinic QI meetings and actively contributing to process improvement projects focused on the MA role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably with 2 years of leadership or management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Clinic Managers, Practice Administrators, and Executive Directors.
