Job Summary

Spero Health is seeking a qualified professional to support the mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. Our ideal candidate will be a licensed counselor or social worker who is passionate about providing evidence-based care to individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide counseling to patients through evidence-based practices, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accountability of treatment programs and patient compliance.
  • Assist patients in creating realistic goals towards achieving freedom from addiction.
  • Act as a clinic resource, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and CFR42 Part 2 regulations.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Substance Abuse Treatment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time employment or internship in a human-services setting, with a Master's degree in behavioral science.
  • License: LADAC II, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC-MHSP, or LPC-MHSP Temp.
