Job Overview

Full Circle Communities, Inc. is a mission-driven non-profit developer, owner, and manager of affordable housing. We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitor to ensure that our company, HUD, and other funding partners' compliance regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.

This role is responsible for ensuring overall program compliance, serving as a contact between HUD Contract Administrators and Full Circle, and providing LIHTC and HOME compliance support to multiple affordable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC and HOME regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with HUD Contract Administrators and other governmental agencies
  • Provide training and support to community staff
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in affordable housing compliance and/or management
  • Working knowledge of LIHTC and HOME programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years' experience in affordable housing compliance and/or management
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • LIHTC certification

Benefits:
