Sales and Marketing Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Account Representative to join our team at ServiceMaster 24/7 Restoration - Knoxville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with current customers and referral sources, as well as prospecting for additional revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Prospect and develop new sales leads in assigned verticals, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
- Build and maintain key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to refine your sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present sales materials, including proposals and presentations, to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required.
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and establishing trust with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Local and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, and networking events.

Incumbent must be prepared to:
- Move up to 20 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Sit for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
- Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands, and fingers while picking, pinching, and typing during your normal working environment.
- Express or exchange ideas with others quickly, accurately, and receive and act on detailed information.
- Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screens, and extensive reading.
