Your Role
In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in building relationships with clients and driving sales success. Your primary focus will be on creating personalized experiences that exceed client expectations, ensuring a seamless transition from purchase to ownership.

Responsibilities
- Utilize all company and manufacturer-provided software, including CRM systems, vehicle appraisal tools, and service drive opportunities to prospect for new and current clients.
- Develop individual business plans to build relationships and grow sales.
- Maintain a working knowledge of purchases, leases, and F&I products to provide expert advice to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current new car and pre-owned manufacturer and captive lender programs and rates.
- Verify insurance information and complete paperwork for new vehicle additions.
- Protect the company from potential export transactions and fraud scenarios.
- Assist in the collection of cash/credit related to client deposits and 'cash down' payments.
- Accountable for helping in the sale of F&I products and preparing for each client appointment.
- Work in partnership with the F&I team and accounting department to resolve outstanding contracts or incomplete deals.
- Follow up with clients and prospective clients in a timely fashion.
- Be dedicated to a team concept and assist others for the greater good of the department.
- Accountable for departmental performance and manufacturer standards, including safety equipment activation, technology usage requirements, customer service index, gross average, finance & lease, and vehicles sold.
- Possess proper knowledge of vehicles and current market trends.
- Meet/exceed Land Rover Jaguar Dallas and manufacturer training and certification plans and standards.
- Understand and adhere to the Land Rover Jaguar Sales Process.
- Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and use the program to achieve client satisfaction.
- Familiarize yourself with the Land Rover Jaguar Dallas Privacy and Information Security Policies and adhere to the requirements.
- Read and understand all company policies and procedures.
- Attend weekly department meetings at 10:00 am daily.
