Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to residents
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education to residents and families
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel
Requirements:
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
