Culinary Director

CAVA - Boulder is seeking an experienced Culinary Lead to oversee food quality and safety at our fast-growing culinary brand. The ideal candidate is hardworking, attentive to detail, and capable of leading and coaching a team.

This role involves:

• Leading and developing the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
• Being responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
• Learning basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization
• Developing new leadership skills to lead the team
