This opportunity comes with a competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, reflecting the market rates for registered nursing experience and long-term care expertise in the region.
Job Overview
We are looking for dedicated professionals who can provide exceptional patient care to individuals in need of long-term care services. As a member of our interdisciplinary care teams, you will work closely with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized patient care plans that cater to each person's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
