About the Job

As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.

  • Supervise staff on assigned shifts, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all operating procedures and instructions.
  • Prior to employment, licensing requirements may be subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
  • Driving positions require a valid driver's license, one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, minimum insurance levels, and safe vehicle operation ability.
  • As a condition of employment, a successful background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Displaying exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Working in various environments, including cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
  • Lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally during shifts.
  • Climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shifts.
  • Standing or walking on various surfaces for long periods.
