We are seeking an experienced Tax Director to join our Corporate Tax team at Distinct North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic tax planning and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tax preparation and review for S Corps, C Corps, and Partnerships across various industries
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize client profitability
  • Mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate on M&A transactions to ensure seamless integration and compliance

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $170,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience
