Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Lead to join our team at Pratt Industries. As the 5th largest corrugated packaging company in the US, we pride ourselves on being America's greenest and most sustainable paper and packaging company.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical skills and knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma techniques to lead process improvement projects and optimize cross-functional performance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing process changes, documenting new procedures, and training employees.
  • This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma techniques
  • Document new procedures and train employees on changes
  • Monitor employee compliance with established procedures and processes
  • Recommend design changes to improve existing procedures and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Experience with program management and Lean/Six Sigma techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry

Tech Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
