Job Description

The La Sierra Care Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a patient care coordinator. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

About the Job
  • Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Fully licensed RNs are required
  • Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct nursing care, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and dressing wounds
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in good standing
  • Current CPR and BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. You may be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, and hazardous chemicals. Regularly scheduled hours vary, but occasional overtime may be required.
