About the Role

In this critical position, you will work closely with teachers, principals, parents, and other school team members to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing situation through observation, consultation with teacher, discussion with school team members, gathering or initiating gathering of baseline and other student behavioral data, preparing and/or recommending preparation of various charts and data summaries.

You will also provide professional development to school staff on behavioral principles, intervention, and student engagement. Additionally, you will train assistants and consult regarding data gathering, application of interventions, etc. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role as you will manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

This role requires a high level of physical activity due to frequent interaction with students, walking between classrooms, and potentially lifting objects up to 75 pounds.
