Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to lead our team in delivering top-notch patient care. As a key member of our clinical staff, you'll be responsible for managing a small patient panel, providing administrative support, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a patient panel of up to 450 patients, ensuring timely and effective care delivery
- Provide administrative support to enhance the patient experience
- Collaborate with our consulting specialist team to address complex patient needs
