Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Brain Injury Overnight Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide overnight support and care to individuals with brain injuries, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities
">- Provide overnight support and care to individuals with brain injuries, including monitoring their condition, administering medication, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Document client progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their quality of life.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in brain injury support and care.
Requirements
">- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with adults with brain injuries or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as CPR/First Aid or MAP Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
