Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Obstetrician-Gynecologist Physician to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of physicians and nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care:
  • Diagnose and treat various medical conditions related to women's health.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Provide clear and concise medical information to patients and their families.
  • Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.
• Diagnostic Procedures:
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to aid in diagnoses.
  • Perform procedures as needed to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to share knowledge and best practices.
• Quality Improvement:
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Review and analyze clinical outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance:
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices in women's health to ensure ongoing education and training.
  • Participate in ongoing medical education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.

Pay Range

$181.21 - $190.27 per hour.
