Fixture Installer

As a global leader in the Celebrations marketplace, American Greetings is dedicated to making the world a more thoughtful and caring place. We are seeking motivated and energetic crew members to join our team as Fixture Installers / Retail Reset Specialists.

• Starting hourly pay: $17.60, with two increases during the first year of employment
• 6 months of employment: $18.60 per hour
• 1 year of continued employment: $19.50 per hour

In addition to competitive pay, you will receive paid travel time to job sites when traveling in a company vehicle, hotel accommodations, and a per diem for overnight travel.

• Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays
• Ability to connect with team members and store associates effectively
• Follow instructions along with planograms/diagrams
• Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials necessary to complete the display reset

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to 60 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Proficiency with small hand tools used to install and modify fixtures, including hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills
• This position may require occasional overnight travel out of town
• You may be exposed to crowded environments, close quarters, loud noises, and low-level lighting conditions
