Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse LVN, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Health promote, teach, and train family members
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required

Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
