Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Care Specialist to join our team at Broadview Animal Clinic in Denver, Colorado. As a leading animal practice, we offer a supportive and dynamic environment where you can grow your skills and contribute to exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a licensed veterinarian with a minimum of one year of experience. You will work closely with our managing doctor and medical staff to deliver high-quality care while minimizing patient stress and discomfort.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic procedures to identify and address medical issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that cater to individual patients' needs, collaborating with clients to ensure their understanding and cooperation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client/patient records, adhering to established protocols and ensuring seamless communication among the hospital team.
  • Stay abreast of new medical information and advancements in veterinary medicine, integrating this knowledge into daily practice.
  • Promote a positive image of the clinic within the professional community and to the general public, embodying the principles of excellent client service.
Requirements
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in CO.
  • Demonstrated commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and adherence to veterinary code of ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Proven ability to manage time and tasks effectively, making decisions confidently and contributing to a productive work environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid vacation, licensing fees, and continuing education opportunities.
