We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Northwest Medical Center - Springdale. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing excellent care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice.
- Promote patients' independence by teaching them self-care skills and empowering them to manage their conditions.
