Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospice Office Manager to join our team at Aegis Healthcare Utah in Brigham City, UT.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hospice office, ensuring seamless administrative support for our clinical staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with hospice billing, scheduling, and intake orders
  • Prepare patient charts/notes and perform clerical tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in medical administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • High level of confidentiality due to sensitive materials and information
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Benefits:

  • $18-$21/hour salary
  • Full-Time, W2 employee status
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
  • 22 days of PTO + 5 Days of Bereavement Leave
