Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ingleside, North Carolina. As an SLP, you will provide individualized speech and language therapy to students with varying levels of need, evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders and developing treatment plans to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students' communication skills, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific student needs
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions

Requirements:

  • A valid North Carolina state SLP license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with students with diverse communication needs and abilities
