**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team at Nature's Bakery. This role is responsible for maintaining a smooth operation of the warehouse department and providing general supervision of all warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in high-volume warehousing. Experience in a FDA-regulated environment, SQF or AIB audits is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

This position involves planning, directing, and coordinating all warehousing activities. The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, and facilitate communication with the Quality Assurance personnel.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead by example and drive a safety-minded culture daily.
  • Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, motivating, and resolving employee issues.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Conduct regular reviews of team members, including annual feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate investigations of accidents or unsafe conditions and enforce company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of pallets, drums, and totes, and ensure timely shipment of products.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50-75 pounds, regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

**Work Environment:**
