Key Responsibilities
  • Complete accurate production reports and records
  • Validate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) for daily and weekly production plans
  • Report downtime activity by line and pull inventory samples from the production floor
  • Collect critical paperwork from production areas and perform real-time investigations into documentation errors
  • Work with operations team members to investigate issues and problem-solve errors
  • Prepare weekly and monthly production reports to report operational efficiencies
  • Support internal and external audits and adhere to the Saputo code of ethics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications, with strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work both first shift and second shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
