Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Systems Engineer to join our RF Antenna & Radome Team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and shaping antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop antenna or radome hardware and requirements
  • Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams, including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc.
  • Analyze simulation or test data to verify performance to requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in antenna element design and fabrication, antenna simulation and modeling, and antenna measurements in near or far field systems
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, a Master of Science (MS) or PhD in electrical engineering, strong experience managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers, and excellent communication skills would be advantageous.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $96,000 - $192,000, based on location and experience level. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
