Copilot Careers seeks a dedicated and experienced Substitute Teacher to fill in for regular teachers when they are absent. This role requires a flexible individual who can provide high-quality instruction and create a positive learning environment.

Schedule: As a substitute teacher, you will have the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our school district. You will be assigned to various classrooms and grade levels, providing instruction and support to students while the regular teacher is away.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide instructional support: You will work closely with the school administration to understand the curriculum and lesson plans, and then deliver instruction to students in a way that is engaging and effective.
  • Establish a safe and orderly classroom environment: Your ability to create a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere is essential. You will establish clear expectations and procedures to ensure student safety and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively: You will work with school staff, parents, and students to ensure a smooth transition during your time as a substitute teacher.
  • Document progress: You will maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate any concerns or issues to the school administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher: You must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • English proficiency: You must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

Estimated Salary: $110 per day, based on industry standards and location.
