Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Chicago. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including vendor management, inventory control, and facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor relationships, including HVAC inspections, shredder services, and printer maintenance
Conduct regular inventory checks of non-tech equipment and supplies
Coordinate with the Facilities team to ensure the office is running smoothly
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and guests
Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
2 years of related experience
Strong vendor management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
