We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Excell. This role involves managing a designated territory, focusing on troubleshooting, installing, and replacing hardware and network devices.

This position requires the ability to manage an incident queue, directly interact with customers, ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and maintain proper inventory levels by replenishing stock as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience in break-fix operations, ideally within the banking or finance industry.
  • CompTIA A+ certification required.
  • Associate's (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a technical school or equivalent work experience.
  • Experienced with MS Office.
  • Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with customers, peers, Team Lead, and/or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and tools is required.
  • Working knowledge of typical banking equipment.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and SLA.
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
  • Sound understanding of customer support, operations, and processes.
  • Min 1 OEM Desk/Notebook knowledge.
  • Dell Enterprise knowledge.
  • Client Printer Basics + Printers knowledge.
  • Lexmark Printer Basics + Printers knowledge.
