Job SummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in providing patient-centered care. To be successful, you must have a strong commitment to excellence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to licensed nurses.
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification from a state-approved program.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients safely.
