Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary clinic in Johnson County, Kansas. This is a part-time position with the possibility of full-time growth. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience, a Kansas SLP License, and a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

This Speech Therapist position requires managing the entire client experience from initial evaluation to implementation of treatment, family education, and discharge. You will need to be self-driven, organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while providing high-touch service to clients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Speech Therapist;
  • A current Kansas Speech Language Pathologist License;
  • A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university;
  • A personal professional liability policy.
Availability and Compensation

The ideal candidate will have availability to work 2-3 days a week, with at least 6 hours per day between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is paid $47 per billable hour of therapy.

Benefits

Please note that benefits are not available for part-time positions. However, full-time employees (those providing 25 or more billable treatment hours/week) are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package.
