Experienced Pest Management Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team at Corbett Exterminating Corp. in the Southeast region, covering Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
As a key member of our team, you will independently service customers, manage heavy workloads, and contribute to our growth in the region.
About This Role- Inspire confidence in our customers by identifying pest problems and recommending effective solutions using your expertise and knowledge of the latest pest control technology.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and management supervisors at multi-family housing, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough inspections and treatments for pests, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety.
- Effectively communicate with customers, peers, and leadership about customer service-related issues and concerns.
- Travel to residences and apartment complexes to inspect for pests and provide prompt solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
- Take personal initiative to address pest problems and suggest services that meet customer needs.
- Active pest control licenses (7A, 7B, and 7D) are essential for this role.
- You must reside within 15 miles of downtown Baltimore.
- A minimum of 6 years of driving experience with a clean driving record is required.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Provide a safe parking spot for the assigned company vehicle.
- Participate in regular in-house workshops to improve skills and learn new methods and techniques.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to present yourself as an outstanding professional consistently.
- Reliable and punctual for all work assignments.
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $$$60,000-$80,000 based on location and experience.
