Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough admission interviews and physical assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless patient transitions and achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A current RN license and active certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Knowledge of the principles of addiction and recovery, including the effects of substance use on individuals and communities.
