RN Clinical Supervisor CVICU Full Time Nights Job Summary

The RN Clinical Supervisor CVICU Full Time Nights is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe and effective operation of the CVICU department. This includes overseeing patient care, staffing, and fiscal management, while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
  • Develop and implement education programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of residence
  • BSN degree or actively pursuing degree with designated graduation date
  • Minimum 2-3 years of acute care experience with demonstrated leadership ability
  • Certifications as required by designated unit assignment
