Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for developing and improving software applications using Java, Spring, and Angular. You will work closely with our squad leader and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in multiple coding languages and be able to mentor junior staff. You will be expected to analyze and recommend changes in project development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies to development experts and management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve software applications using Java, Spring, and Angular
  • Work closely with the squad leader and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Analyze and recommend changes in project development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies
  • Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance
  • Participate in UXD design, production support, and client onboarding solutions
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and act as a primary liaison for business units
  • Provide technical evaluation estimates on technology initiatives and advise senior management on technical strategies
Requirements
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science preferred
  • 10+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience leading design or architecture and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
  • Experience establishing technical architectures and best practices
  • Experience leading initiatives across multiple teams and mentoring technical associates
  • Experience with TypeScript, Angular framework, Java Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud framework
  • Experience with databases and SQL, test automation frameworks, and AWS services
