About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and manage crew members to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards.
  • Manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and lead a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
