Detailer Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Detailer to join our team at Lithia Motors. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and presentation for our vehicles. This includes interior and exterior cleaning, as well as applying polishes, conditioners, and waxes to preserve and protect the vehicle's surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and detail vehicles to meet company standards and safety measures.
  • Maintain supply inventories and monitor cleaning equipment and machinery for proper operation and maintenance.
  • Perform cleaning tasks on vehicles, using cleaning supplies and equipment such as brushes, scrapers, vacuums, and solutions.
  • Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes, and/or masking materials to preserve, protect, and restore the vehicle's interiors and exteriors.
  • Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
  • Clean engine and engine compartments.

Requirements:
  • Prior detailing experience is preferred.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
