Your Impact as a Recruiter

In this role, you will play a crucial part in connecting candidates with suitable job opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying qualified candidates using diverse recruiting and sourcing methods.
  • Conducting screenings and interviews for potential candidates.
  • Collaborating with your Account Manager to pinpoint key accounts, desired skill sets, and significant market segments.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with industry professionals to enhance knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
  • Performing various customer service tasks.
  • Contributing to community initiatives through volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations.

Compensation and Benefits

Aerotek offers a starting salary of $50,000, with unlimited earning potential through commissions following the training period. After one year of service, your base salary will increase to $60,000. Additional benefits include:
