- Dress Shirts Management: Handle detailed care for dress shirts, including proper ironing, folding, and storing.
- Closet Organization: Keep closets in both NYC and Hamptons residences systematically organized, ensuring a smooth transition between seasons and travels.
- Travel Preparation: Pack and unpack clothing for frequent family travel, ensuring garments are packed appropriately to maintain quality.
- Garment Tracking: Keep track of items sent for dry cleaning or other professional services and manage receipts and related expenses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Household Manager and Personal Assistant to ensure seamless wardrobe and linen care.
- Professional Experience: Several years of recent dedicated experience as a professional Laundress, focusing on wardrobe and linen care exclusively (no housekeeping).
- Passion for Fine Linens and Garments: Strong attention to detail with an affinity for maintaining luxury fabrics, couture items, and high-quality linens.
- References: Strong recent references and ability to pass a background check.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Attitude: A positive professional demeanor and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Hourly Rate: $55 per hour based on experience (DOE).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime hours.
