T-Mobile is a leader in innovation, and we're looking for a Technical Sr Product Manager to join our team. As a Sr Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the product lifecycle for complex and high-impact consumer devices and network services. You will engage in user research and data analysis to inform product direction and innovation, collaborate with key business partners and team members to enhance product strategies and customer experiences, and drive hypothesis-based testing and agile methodologies to refine product offerings and ensure market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for complex and high-impact consumer devices and network services.
  • Engage in user research and data analysis to inform product direction and innovation.
  • Collaborate with key business partners and team members to enhance product strategies and customer experiences.
  • Drive hypothesis-based testing and agile methodologies to refine product offerings and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, advocating for the product and influencing key decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company or application/product environment.
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile Methodologies and Scrum.
  • Strong requirements elicitation and professional writing skills.
  • Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
  • Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features, and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest.
  • Product Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
