Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of advanced sensor technologies, including radar and RF systems, electromagnetics, and antennas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptual design and analysis of sensor components, subsystems, and systems
  • Fabrication and testing of experimental hardware
  • Developing advanced algorithms and techniques
  • Assessment of system-level performance improvements resulting from technology advancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
  • Skilled in and/or have knowledge of one or more of the following fields: signal processing, RF systems, electromagnetics, communications, real-time software, firmware development, communications, or mechanical packaging/engineering
  • Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and ultimately obtain a Secret level clearance
