Job Opportunity

RPM Development Group, a leading NJ developer of affordable housing, is seeking an experienced live-in superintendent for a mid-rise residential building located in Essex County, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the site in good working order and adhering to RPM policies.
  • Addressing work orders and ensuring timely completion.
  • Overseeing the turnover of vacant units.
  • Providing on-call support for emergencies.
  • Managing inventory of equipment, products, and supplies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous superintendent experience.
  • Knowledge of minor repairs, including electric, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned property.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for local errands.

Excellent working conditions, including apartment and utilities, and an extensive benefit plan are part of the compensation package. All applicants must pass a background check and have verifiable work history with references.
