Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Berwick, Maine.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with a passion for providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic physical therapy practice that incorporates evidence-based practice into treatment plans.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 based on experience. Our state-of-the-art facility includes an on-site sports performance center, aquatic center, and cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and exercise physiologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments, documenting clinical responses and interventions in medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to address patient needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Science-Biology, with a Physical Therapy Certificate.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Staff Physical Therapist in an outpatient practice, preferably with orthopedic and sports-related injury experience.
  • A valid NH License and AHA or ARH BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
