Personal Financial Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Financial Consultant to join our team. As a financial advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized investment and financial solutions to your clients.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $38,500 - $100,000 per year, based on performance. Additionally, you can earn commissions and profit-sharing bonuses as you grow your practice.

• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Create new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies, such as residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements.
• UNDERSTAND CLIENT NEEDS: Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• OVERSEE BRANCH PROCESS: Ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• ENGAGE THE TEAM: Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• FINRA registrations required within three months.
• State insurance licenses required.
