Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in our medical office. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history.
• Process payments and handle billing-related tasks.
• Assist with preparing patients for examinations and procedures.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a reception or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
